粉末冶金材料典型塑性加工工艺力学分析

摘  要: 塑性加工是粉末冶金材料的重要加工工艺 ,致密熔铸材料经典塑性理论 ,不适于塑性体积变化的粉末冶金材料。介绍了粉末冶金材料塑性加工中质量守恒、塑性泊松比小、静水压力可致塑性变形等基本性质。基于粉末冶金材料广义塑性理论 ,研究了粉末冶金材料单向压缩、复压、平板镦粗等典型塑性加工工艺的力学规律 ,导出了其塑性变形力与工件密度的理论关系式 ,为粉末冶金材料塑性加工工艺设计提供了理论依据。 Plastic forming is an important process for powder metallurgical materials, but the classic plasticity theory based on the volume constancy for fully dense materials can′t be applied to the powder metallurgical materials. The basic properties of plastic deformation such as mass conservation, smaller Poisson′s ratio, hydrostatic pressure having effect on the yield etc. For powder metallurgical materials are explained briefly. The mechanical laws of plastic deformation for powder metallurgical materials in uni axial compression, repression and plate upsetting are analyzed based on a generalized plasticity theory, the relations between deformation pressure and relative density of preform are derived, which is the basis of technology design of plastic forming.
