摘 要: 针对城市地下燃气管网的管道腐蚀问题 ,确立评价指标体系 ,并结合数理统计与运筹学的有关理论与方法确定指标权数 .在多指标综合评价合成技术基础上 ,建立了多因素影响下燃气管网的安全评价模型 ,着重研究了燃气管网安全影响数据的规范化、标准化处理 .模型应用还具有自适应性 .该模型对 31 6个样本的评价结果与专家评价结果的一致率达 87% 。 In view of the erosion of the underground gas cond uit network in the city, an evaluation index system of the network security was established.In this system, the index weights were determined by using statistical methods as well as operat ions research. Based on the technique of multi-index synthetic evaluation , a model of security evaluation for the network under the i nfluence of various factors was established, and the standard processing method of the data reflecting the network security was investigated in paticular.The mo del proposed here possesses a selfe-adaptive function. The evaluation results of 316 samples through th is model consistented with the experts′ results by the ratio of 87% ,it demonstrates that this model is applicable to the problem of synthetic eval uation for multi-index.
