摘 要: 将一种能够抵抗铝熔体腐蚀的非晶玻璃釉涂覆在不同孔径的泡沫陶瓷上用于过滤铝熔体.通过扫描电镜、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、金相显微镜和图像分析软件对拉伸试样进行了观测与分析.结果表明,相对于未经过滤的拉伸试样,过滤后拉伸试样的裂纹和韧窝明显细小且均匀;过滤前后拉伸试样的抗拉强度基本没有变化,伸长率提高15%;过滤前后拉伸试样的成分基本没有变化;过滤后的拉伸试样中夹杂物的数量明显比未经过滤的拉伸试样少,尺寸在7μm左右.所以,活性涂层陶瓷能够有效地捕获铝熔体中的夹杂物. Active enamels with corrosion resistance to molten aluminum were coated on the surface of ceramic foam filter with different pore sizes to filter molten aluminum. The tensile samples were analyzed by SEM, ICP-AES, and metalloscope with image analysis software. It is observed that fracture cracks of filtered samples are finer and dimples are smaller and more homogeneous than that of unfiltered ones. The ultimate tensile strength of filtered samples is nearly the same as that of unfiltered samples, while elongation percentage of the filtered samples increases by 15%. There is no change in the components of filtered samples. Fewer inclusions are found in filtered samples, and the size of inclusions in filtered samples is about 7μm. The active enamels on the surface of ceramic foam filter can capture inclusions in molten aluminum.
