摘 要: 通过实验探讨了不同季节、不同规模及不同的开机方式对溴化锂吸收式制冷系统动态性能的影响,有助于实现良好的开机控制和减少能源耗费.结果表明,系统冷量的产生时间与冷剂水泵的运行控制有关,燃烧器点火和溶液循环泵的开启顺序及开启时间对系统开机工况下的动态特性有较大影响.不同高、低压发生器筒体尺寸及溶液量的吸收式制冷机可采用不同的开机方式. In order to reduce the running time and the energy consumption, the dynamic performance of LiBr absorption chiller under different start-up mode was investigated by experiment. The result indicates that the moment to start producing the cooling capacity is related to the moment of turning on the refrigerant spraying pump; the sequence and the moment of turning on the burner and the solution circulating pump have great effect on the dynamic performance of start up process. The different start-up mode can be used for the absorption chiller with different size of the high-and low-pressure generator and the mount of the solution in their drum.
