相转移催化合成肉桂酸苄酯的研究

摘  要: 探索了以苄基三乙基氯化铵 (TEBA)为相转移催化剂催化合成肉桂酸苄酯 ,考察了催化剂的用量、反应温度、时间和物料配比等因素对反应的影响。实验结果表明 :苄基三乙基氯化铵 (TEBA)是一个有效的催化剂 ,在最适宜的条件下 ,产物收率可达 84 .5 %。最适宜的条件是 :肉桂酸钠与氯化苄摩尔比为 1:1.2 ,催化剂的用量为 0 .8g/ 0 .0 5mol肉桂酸 ,反应时间 4 .5h ,反应温度为 10 0℃。产物的结构经IR ,1HNMR和MS表征。 Benzyl cinnamate was synthesized with benzyltriethylammonium chloride as the phase transfer catalyst. The factors influencing on the yield of the reaction, such as the amount of catalyst used, reaction temperature,reaction time and molar ratio of sodium cinnamate to benzyl chloride were investigated. The result showed that benzyltriethylammonium chloride was an effective catalyst and the optimum conditions of preparation were determined with yield of benzyl cinnamate 84.5%. They were as follows: The molar ratio of sodium cinnamate to benzyl chloride was 1:1.2; amount of the catalyst was 0.8g/0.05mol cinnamic acid, reaction temperature was 100℃ and reaction time was 4.5h.The structure of the product was characterized by IR, 1HNMR and MS.
