摘　　要： 采用统计的方法分析了我国纺织专利的现状,显示了纺织原料和后整理技术发展较快、纺纱技术发展较慢的纺织技术发展状况;指出国外申请人的纺织专利申请量占国内纺织专利申请总量的7200的竞争势态应当引起注意;同时,数据还显示出纺织发明专利的比例高于各行业全国总水平,说明纺织行业并非"夕阳"行业;国内纺织发明专利占总申请量的比例呈逐年上升势头,说明我国纺织技术进步发展趋势良好. The present situation of our country's textile patents is analysed by statistic methods, and the developments of textile technology and the competition situation of textile patents between domestic and overseas show materials of textile and finishing technology to develop more quickly than spinning;The quantities of textile patents applied by foreign people are 72~0_0 of the total application quantities applied in our country, which should be caused our attention. However, the application proportion of textile invention patents is higher than the general level of other patents, so we can say textile industry is not a sunset industry. The ratio that domestic textile invention patents contrast to total quantities rises every year, indicating a good trend of textile technology progress in our country.
