摘　　要： 中国法治化进程是渐进的、具体的,也是全方位的。在我国法治化进程中,事业组织体制改革具有人事关系契约化、人事争议处理司法化、财政多元化、主体地位社会化的趋势。事业组织演变为构造国家与社会二元化结构、分散社会权力、实现以权力制约权利、保障社会成员权利、建设法治国家打下了坚实基础,同时也为我国法治建设提出新的课题。中国事业组织法治化进程或许标志着中国法治化进程的节奏与成功与否。 The legalization process of China is gradual, concrete and all-round, during which the institution system reform develops the trend of personnel relation contracting, personnel dispute settlement legalizing, all-round development of finance, and subject status socializing. The transformation of institutions lays solid foundation for and at the same time proposes a novel task for law-ruled country construction.
