摘　　要： 区域公共品要有一个适度的规模,但目前我国区域公共品的提供出现了不足与过剩并存的现象,要实现适度提供需要以区域的利益最大化为目标,并考虑经济发展对区域公共品的需要。 Regional public goods(RPG) have a proper scale.But the insufficient supply and oversupply of RPG coexist at present in our country.In order to get to the proper supply of RPG,we should aim at the profits maximum in the whole region and take into account the demand of RPG of the economic development.
