摘　　要： 政治合法性作为政治理论的核心概念,在不同语境下有着不同的内涵。在当代中国,执政党的政治合法性在于努力契合社会主义的价值追求,赢得广大人民群众的高度信任。"三个代表"从政治与经济、政治与文化、政治与价值三个向度对政治合法性进行了系统的阐述,是新时期中国共产党执政的理性自觉。只有实践"三个代表",才能积极回应社会转型、党员队伍建设、社会结构调整等对政治合法性提出的挑战,提高执政党的执政绩效,推进党员队伍建设,优选正确的改革战略,夯实与维护中国共产党执政的政治合法性。 Political legality as primary concept of political theory has different connotations in different contexts. In contemporary China,'Three Represents' conforms socialist target value and commands mass trust. It is practicing treble representative that respond to challenge of political legality for the sake of time transition, Party team development and social structure adjustment. It is practicing treble representative that can promote ruling party's achievement, enhance Party's construction, optimize reformative designs, and firmly keep governing legality of Chinese Communist Party.
