摘　　要： 本文分析了不同利益群体在大跃进公共食堂中的行为,指出了向上负责而不是向下负责的权力模式和缺乏制衡是导致困难时期悲剧发生的主要原因之一,但是在公共食堂这一问题上,人的良知与欲望的冲突,个人的价值取向,特别是利己的价值取向也是导致悲剧发生的重要因素。 This paper analyses the actions of different interest groups in the public canteens during the Great Leap Forward Movement. It aims to point out that the bottom-up (rather than top-down) responsibility system and the lack of power check are the main causes that finally lead to the tragedy of that period. Another main cause is the conflict between conscience and desire, or between collective ethics and egoistic values.
