摘　　要： 在溶液中,铁卟啉Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCI容易与H2O反应转化为μ-O二聚体[TPPFe(Ⅲ)]2O.Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCI是非荧光物质,而μ-[TPPFe(Ⅲ)]2O是荧光物质,可通过稳态荧光光谱监测μ-[TPPFe(Ⅲ)]2O的生成. Iron porphyrin Fe(Ⅲ) TPPCl can be transformed to μ- O dimer, [TPPFe(Ⅲ)]2O by H2O in CH2C12. Fe(Ⅲ)TPPCl is not fluorescent reagent, but μ-[TPPFe(Ⅲ )]2O is fluorescent reagent. The formation of μ- [TPPFe(Ⅲ)]2O can be inspected by the steady-state fluorescence spectrometry.
