摘　　要： 现代大学制度是关于大学运行的一套规范和原则,它引导大学的利益相关者按照大学的社会使命的要求而行动。现代大学制度是高等教育制度的核心部分,建立现代大学制度是我国高校改革的目标模式。大学自治是现代大学制度的核心,非营利性是现代大学制度的基石,法人化是现代大学制度的保障,董事会-校长关系为核心的治理结构是现代大学制度有效运行的关键。 Modern college system is a set of regulations and principles of college operation, which guide the beneficiaries to act on the requirement of the social responsibility of the college. Modern college system is the core part of higher education system . The establishment of which is the object model of Chinese higher educational reform. College autonomy is the core of modern college system. Nonprofit is its base stone. Status of a legal person is its guarantee. The management structure based on the relationship of board of directors and president is the key to its efficient operation.
