摘　　要： 本文指出了我国高校公共英语翻译学习的现状,分析了这一现状存在的背景及原因,并提出了几点改革设想。作者撰 写此文的目的是希望引起教育界、学术界对这一问题的重视,切实落实翻译在英语学习中的作用。 This paper centers on the present condition of college English translation in China and analyses the causes and backgrounds of the existence of this problem. The author in the article puts some reformative ideas about translation. What the author wants to do in the article is to hope the educational and academic experts to pay attention to this problem and take some practical measures to improve the learning process of translation.
