摘　　要： 　通过大量数据与事例来说明了人因失误 事故对系统安全的重要影响;从理论上分析了复杂人机系统中人因失误存在的必然性;提出了人因事故预防和减少的综合体系。 In this paper, the important impact of human error/human error-caused accident on system safety was described firstly through lots of data and examples of human error-caused accident; then the inevitability of human error in complex human-machine system was analyzed. Finally, a basis system of accident prevention and accident reduction was given.
