摘 要: 以丙烯酸和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸钠-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原体系为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在水溶液中合成了高吸水性树脂.优化的反应条件为:x(AMPS)=35%,丙烯酸中和度80%,w(引发剂)=0 1%,w(交联剂)=0 08%.在此条件下,合成得到的高吸水性树脂吸水能力达550倍,吸w(NaCl)=0 9%的盐水溶液的能力达59倍. A super absorbent based on 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane-sulfonic acid (AMPS) and acrylic acid has been successfully prepared in aqueous solution using sodium persulfate-sodium bisulfate as a redox initiator,methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linking agent.The optimum conditions are as follows:x(AMPS)=35%,neutralization degree of acrylamido=80%,w(redox initiator)=0.1%,w(cross-linking agent)=0.08%.(Under) the optimum conditions the ability of absorbing water by the resin increases by 550 and that of absorbing NaCl(0.9%) solution increases by 59.
