摘　　要： 二级甲等比例过高一直是我省普通话测试员队伍结构的突出问题,直接影响普通话测试工作的信度和质量。提高二级甲等测试员的水平等级成为当务之急,但首先是解决他们存在的问题类型,这些问题可归纳为"语流正常,字音有误"和"发音正确,语流不畅"两类,应分析它们的成因,提出解决的办法。 It's always a prominent problem that the proportion of'the first class of grade 2'in the testers of Guangdong province is too high, which directly influences the credible degree of the testing works.To improve the situation as soon as possible, we take an investigation approximately to these testers, and sum up and analyse the types and origins of basic problems,which may be helpful to Putonghua's training works.
