摘　　要： 1990年代中国粮食市场化改革的研究文献大体上可以划分为三类 :一是针对各个时期粮食流通体制改革面临的种种问题和改革方案的设计而进行的对策性研究 ,这类尤以官方或半官方的研究机构的成果为多 ;第二类是相对规范的运用新古典经济理论对粮食政策进行的学术性理论实证或经济计量性质的经验研究 ;最后一类是运用制度经济学或公共选择理论对粮食政策变迁进行的部门转轨的案例研究 ,这类性质的研究目前还很缺乏。本文发现现行的粮食对策性研究未能充分关注和吸收理论与经验研究的成果 ,实际的政策设计常常存在明显的缺陷 ;而有关粮食部门改革的理论与经验研究还很不深入 ,尤其是粮食政策变革的政治经济学理论研究和粮食市场组织结构性变迁的经验分析目前还十分不足。本文对进一步研究的理论设想和研究方法提出建议。 Literature about China grain-sector reform in 1990's can be divided into three categories: one is designing reform measures according to the problems and reform plans of different periods; second is the theoretical and metric economic researches about policy evolution on grain production based on the Neoclassical economic theories; third is the empirical research of grain-sector reform from the point view of institutional economics or public choice theory. It is found from the literature review that failing to concern or take in the theoretical or empirical study fruits of grain-sector reform, the designing of China grain policy often have obvious flaws. Meanwhile, previous theoretical or empirical study about grain policy change are not deep enough, especially in the theory study about political economy of grain-policy change, the empirical analysis about structural changes of grain market organization are still quite few. This paper puts forward some proposals on future research designs and methodologies in this field
