摘　　要： 分析了冷柜门外壳零件的冲压工艺 ,总结了模具试制过程中出现的问题 ,设计制造了1副旋转式成形模 ,很好地解决了零件成形后出现的回弹问题 。 The stamping process for the outer shell of the freezer door is analyzed and the problems ocˉcurred in the process of trial manufacturing of the die for forming the part are concluded.A rotary die has been designed and manufactured,which solved the spring-back problem that occurred after the part had been formed and ensures the part precision.
