摘　　要： The economic integration requires that a free trade area which includes Inland China,Hong Kong and Macao should be established.Specialties in this area such as the radiating open space,fast initialization,time and order of open field have been explicitly studied and counter measures made.If such a conception is to be realized,the economy in this area will boost.
