摘　　要： 对已有文献中关于降低陶瓷炊餐具铅、镉溶出量的对策进行了归纳 ,叙述了无铅、镉陶瓷炊餐具装饰材料用釉料、颜料的研究进展 ,并提出了今后陶瓷炊餐具装饰材料的发展方向。 Countermeasures to reduce the lead and cadmium from the ceramic cookers and dinner sets are summarized,the research progress of glazes and pigments for the leadless and cadmiumless decorative materials of ceramic cookers and dinner wares is described,together with the suggestion of the developing trend of future ceramic decorative materials.
