摘 要: 针对健美操选项课的特点,采用调查研究、教学实验等方法。研究表明:"分层"教学能充分体现因材施教、区别对待的教学原则;全面发展学生个性、培养学生的创造性、学习自主性和学习兴趣;同时增强学生锻炼的信心,养成锻炼的习惯。 In the light to characteristics of the elective course -aerobics, investigation and teaching experiments were adopted in the study in question. The study indicates that stratified instruction can best realize the teaching principle of suiting the instruction to the student's level, and helps greatly to develop students' personality, creativity, interest and autonomous learning. Meanwhile it can also increase students' confidence and helps students form the habit of regular exercises.
