摘 要: 普通理工类地方高校教育中照搬有几十年历史的省立或国立高校的做法或采用纯职业教育的方法组织教学,都是超越临界点的不利于培养人才的方法。知道教育历史的主要经验教训,了解地方实际,通过多数教职工共同努力找寻到不同类别的临界点并在该点以内做得最佳是符合实际的办法。 For local colleges of science and engineering, copying the experience of the national or provincial universities with several decades' history or adopting the teaching approaches of vocational education is beyond the critical point and unfavorable to our personnel training. We should draw some important lessons from our experience in educational history, learn about the local situation, try to find out the critical points of various kind through the joint efforts of most teaching and administrative staff, and aim at perfection within the bounds. That is the way to serve practice.
