摘　　要： 村民选举权利是宪法规定的村民自治权的一种 ,但在村委会选举中 ,村民的这一权利却常常受到行政机关及其工作人员违法行政行为的侵害。这种侵害行为具有独特的法律特征和特定的产生原因。我国现行法律对违法行政行为侵害村民选举权利的法律规定极不完善 ,应尽快加以改进。 Villagers' election right is one of the villagers' self-government right guaranteed by the constitution, but it usually is hurt by the unlawful administration conducts from the government and its workers. The hurt has special characters and its forming has special causes. The current laws in China are far from perfect, so they should be progressed quickly.
