摘　　要： 自从实行村民自治制度以后 ,广东珠江三角洲经济发达地区农村超越了一般农村在村民自治制度背景下实行的单一性民主治理模式 ,通过能人治理与制度化治理相结合、权威治理与专业化治理相结合 ,实现了农村治理结构的新发展 ,形成了一套新的农村治理模式。实践表明 ,进一步处理好民主与权威、制度与技术的关系 ,优化农村治理结构 ,完善农村治理模式 ,是村民自治制度未来发展的一个基本方向。 Since the villagers' self-governance system put into practice in the rural area of Guangdong province, some high developed villages in the Pearl River Delta Area had formulated some new style of rural governance models which overstepped the simple democratic governance model carrying out in the other areas of rural China. By the organic integrating of the Able Persons' rule (Neng-ren zhili) with the institutional rule, the authority organizations rule with the proffesional organizations rule, there formed a new style of rural governance model, and these changes has advanced the development of rural governance structure in China.
