摘　　要： 《淮南子》高诱注是现存最早的《淮南子》泣本，是研究《淮南子》的重要资料。高诱注的训诂成就无疑是巨大的，但其中也存在一些失误，比如，不通文例，不明词义，不辨通假等。 GAO You's annotations onHuainantse have been found to be the earliest and a most important tool for studyingHuainantse. No doubt GAO has made great exergetical achievement. But there are some errors in his annotations due to his misunderstanding of the meanings of some characters and his failure in distinguishing the interchangeability of some Chinese characters.
