摘 要: 分析了产品冲击试验中的矩形波形工作原理,建立矩形波形的机械摸拟的模型。在理论上对机械产生矩形波的机理进行分析。同时指出影响冲击波形的脉冲峰和脉冲宽的因素,总结出波形冲击产品试验中应该注意的几个问题以及应用前景。 The mechanical simulation model of rectangle waveform was set up base on the the analysis of the working principle of the rectangle pulse. The principle of mechanical simulation of rectangle pulse was also analysed. The factors influencing the peak level and the pulse duration are studied and several matters which should be careful about during the application of products shock tests were put forward.
