摘　　要： 目前,我国已开展的土地整理活动属于狭义的土地整理:是以增加耕地面积、提高耕地利用率和产出率为根本目的农用地整理。土地整理中的地价评估应分为立项评估和整理后评估两种类型。 At present, the move about land consolidation is only a move in narrow sense. The aim of the move is to increase land area, enhance the efficiency of land utilization, and improve the output proportion of land. The land value evaluation in land consolidation should be divided into the evaluation of designing item and the evaluation after coordinating.
