摘　　要： 高校机关党组织所处学校的位置决定了高校机关党建工作有其自身的规律和特有的作用。该文认为,高校机关党建工作要适应新时期各种新的挑战,充分发挥机关党组织的政治核心和协助、监督作用,一是要找准定位、与时俱进;二是要抓住重点、整体推进。 The role of the Party's organization in colleges and universities has its own rules and characteristics. In order to deal with different challenges in the New Period, and enables the party's organizations to play a more important role in the political leading core, coordination and supervision activities, this paper makes two suggestions. First, the Party's organizations in colleges and universities should find the right orientation and develop along with the changes of times. Second, they should grasp the key points, and work in a whole.
