摘　　要： 实现生产要素按贡献参与分配牵涉到一系列微观层面的管理理论与方法问题。该文立足于企业管理的需要,区分了参与分配的主体,剖析了现存的分配上的突出问题。在此基础上,从风险承担的角度分析了生产要素对企业贡献的方式及其特征,讨论了生产要素参与企业分配的形式及相关激励方案的设计原则。 Distribution according to the contributions of production factors is associated with a series of managerial theories and methods. This paper, on the basis of the managerial requirements, identifies different entities that share the income and discusses several current salient issues of distribution. The paper analyzes how these production factors make contributions to enterprises in the perspective of risk undertaking, and discusses how income is distributed on the basis of these elements and the principles of design relevant to the incentive schemes.
