摘　　要： 知识经济的来临对财务管理的目标、财务管理的内容、财务管理的手段、财务风险、机构与财务评价系统以及人员素质要求等方面都产生巨大影响 ,财务管理应该与时俱进 ,进行改革。 The coming of Knowledge Economy affects the Financial Management deeply in many aspects,such as:the aim,contents,means,ventures,organizations and the quality of stuff,so the Financial Management must advance with the times,reform to adjust it.
