摘　　要： 我国学界对民营化中政府的积极作用缺乏应有的认识,在实践上也存在一定的偏差。民营化不仅是经济过程,更是政治过程,政府应当正确地发挥其作用,给民营化以积极影响。 Chinese academic circles don't give enough attention to the positive role of government in privatization.There is also certain deviation in practice.Privatization is not only an economic process,but also a political process.Government should bring into play its role correctly,and give privatization positive influence.
