摘 要: 以曲柄为例,运用计算机辅助设计技术进行铸钢件熔模铸造数值模拟。模拟结果表明,熔模铸造整个充型时间为8.213 6 s,在充型过程中会产生缺陷。通过优化铸造工艺,设置浇注速度为0.8 m/s时,铸件的缺陷得到了有效消除,提高熔模铸造工艺质量。 Taking crank casting as an example, the investment casting process was numerically simulated using computer aided design technology. The simulation results show that the filling time of the crank casting is 8.213 6 s, the defects may be produced in filling process. Through the optimization of the casting process, when the casting speed is 0.8 m/s, the defects in the castings can be effectively eliminated, the quality of investment castings is improved.
