摘　　要： 远程透明访问电子资源系统实现了用户端不需要安装任何插件和作任何设置,远程访问受IP限制的电子资源功能。该文叙述了系统工作原理,基于URL重写技术,设计并实现了系统远程透明访问,用户身份认证,访问控制和事件触发功能转移功能。 Remote and Transparent Accessing electronic Resources System has realized remote and transparent accessing electronic resources which are restricted by the additional IP, while the clients do not need to install any plug-in unit and to change any settings. This paper describes the system works, and the system has designed and implemented based on URL Rewriting technology. The system includes the functions of the accessing control, the download control and the event triggers.
