摘 要: 战略人力资源管理(SHRM)领域呈现出一种整合研究趋势。然而,行为基础与资源基础两大SHRM研究范式的深度整合却一直未能取得实质进展,既有整合研究的理论构架仍未能对HRM与组织绩效之间的"黑箱"作用机理做出整体性阐释。本文从整合视角对SHRM理论研究的发展脉络进行了分析梳理,明确了目前SHRM领域的整合研究主题是试图解决HRM内外部契合的融合以及HRM与HR战略性的统一,并概括了两方面研究面临的主要问题。最后,对未来整合研究的取向进行了展望。 A tendency of integrative research has emerged in the fields of SHRM,with a subject to solve the problems about the convergence of HRM internal alignment with external fit and the unity of the strategic HRM and HR. However,a closer theoretical integration between the behavior-based paradigm and the resource-based paradigm of SHRM has hitherto made no substantive progress. The existing theoretical framework of SHRM does not provide a holistic explanation of the strategic connotation of SHRM. From an integrative perspective,this paper presents a review on the theoretical study of SHRM,identifies some of the major theoretical issues and put forwards some ideas for future integrative research.
