摘　　要： 主持群在多元文化、多样表达的今天应运而生,它一改往日单一的主持模式,激活了变化多端、丰富多彩的娱乐氛围。多而杂的声音如何控制节目达到有效运行,主持群通过开创一种相互作用、整体呈现的语言模式带给我们一曲交响乐。凌而不乱,分而不散,在一种互补和配合中进行集体创作,利用人际传播的优势达到大众传播的效果,满足当下不同观众的多样、多变的需求。 Host group emerged environment of multi-culture and diversified communications in present. It changed the single-way communication mode that stimulates a various and colorful entertainment atmosphere. How different voices control a program effectively is due to the fact that the host group have created a kind of language mode which makes complementary hosts corporate together. This is a collective creation like a harmonious symphonic, and it takes advantages of interpersonal communication to achieve mass communication goal and content to audience 'various and changeable needs.
