摘　　要： 国内学者运用"增长阻尼"的研究方法,更多分析土地资源对我国某一个省或者某一城市的经济增长影响,缺乏考虑土地资源约束对我国城市经济的整体"增长阻尼"状况及其影响因素。本文针对这一不足,基于一个改进的二级CES生产函数,分别从理论分析和实证研究的角度,考察了土地资源约束对城市经济的"增长阻尼"。研究表明,土地资源约束对城市经济的"增长阻尼"大小受规模报酬、人口增长以及不同生产要素在城市经济活动中重要程度的影响;土地资源约束对我国城市经济的"增长阻尼"的平均水平约为0.24%,略低于土地资源约束对我国整体经济的"增长阻尼"水平,同时,不同地区的土地资源约束对城市经济"增长阻尼"除表现出"程度大小"的不同之外,还在"作用方向"上的差异。深入分析后认为,城市土地的过度增量供给无论从短期还是长期而言,对城市经济增长均是不利的;最终解决城市经济增长中的"资源约束"问题,需依赖城市产业结构升级、完善城市土地利用结构以及借助市场调节机制等有效途径。 By drawing from the‘growth drag'research method,Chinese researchers have mostly analyzed the influence of natural resource restraints on China,provinces and cities,and few papers have looked at the effect of natural resource restraints on urban economic growth. Here,according to a modified two-level CES production function,the growth drag of land resource restraint on urban economies from a theoretical and empirical perspective is examined. It is concluded that the size of the growth drag of natural resource restraint on the urban economy has been affected by scale reward,population growth and the degree of different production factors to urban economic activities. The average level of growth drag of land resource restraint on the urban economy in China is about 0.24%,which is below the growth drag of land resources restraint on the national economy. The growth drag of land resource restraints on the urban economy in different districts in China shows variation in size and direction. The over-supply of urban land resources in the shortand long-run is unfavorable to urban economic growth. Solving the problem of land resource restraint on urban economic growth ultimately depends on effective strategies such as urban industrial structure promotion,perfecting structures for urban land utilization and dinting of market mechanisms.
