摘　　要： 结合"三集五大"的新形势,以"完善技术监督组织体系,健全技术监督工作机制,强化技术监督队伍建设"为目标,对电压互感器技术监督导则进行解读:在监督内容方面,从规划可研、工程设计、采购建设、安装调试、交接验收、运维检修、退出报废等10个阶段,详细解读电压互感器技术监督的内容;在体系建设方面,从技术监督报告、技术监督预警与告警、档案资料管理、技术监督工作保障体系4个方面详细介绍和解读电压互感器技术监督的体系建设情况,为全过程、全方位、全覆盖地开展电压互感器技术监督工作提供重要技术依据。 Combining with the new situation of three intensive management and five large-scale movements and with the purpose of "improving technology supervision organization system, perfecting technology supervision mechanism, strengthening technology supervision team construction", a reading of the technology supervision guide for voltage transformer is made. In the aspect of the content of the technical supervision, the content of the technology supervision guide for voltage transformer is interpreted including the stages of planning and feasibility study, engineering design, purchase and production, installation and adjustment, hand-over and acceptance, operation and maintenance, exit and abandonment, etc. In the aspect of system construction, the construction of the technology supervision system is interpreted in respects of technical supervision report, warning and alarm of the technical supervision, archives management, security system of technical supervision work. It provides an important technical basis for carrying out the work of technology supervision of voltage transformers in the whole process, comprehensive and full coverage ways.
