摘 要: 跨国企业全球化的发展趋势,给企业年金高效运营带来了巨大的挑战。通过界定跨国企业年金制的概念,浅析企业年金对跨国人力资源的激励功效,并结合跨国企业年金制度运营的现状,剖析了跨国企业年金制所面临的挑战,在此基础上,阐述了对跨国企业年金制度发展的若干思考。 The trend of transnational enterprise globalization poses challenges for the operation of the transnational enterprise annuity. The paper defines the transnational enterprise annuity and analyzes the enterprise annuity’s incentive effects to transnational human resources.Subsequently, linking to the present conditions of transnational enterprise annuity, the paper poses the challenges faced by transnational enterprise annuity. Finally relating these challenges, the paper describes some thoughts about the development of transnational enterprise annuity.
