摘　　要： 在古代、近代和现代国际关系中,均势外交以独有的历史特质显现着时代性流变,其中,威斯特伐利亚均势外交、维也纳均势外交、雅尔塔均势外交等构成了均势外交历史流程的基本支点,对国际关系产生深刻影响。梳理和辨识均势外交的历史成因、特质和基本走势,对中国均势外交战略具有重要的借鉴意义。 Equilibrium diplomacy has expressed changes of various stages of international relations in ancient, recent and modern histories with its unique historical feature. For instance, the Westvalia equilibrium diplomacy, the Vienna equilibrium diplomacy, the Yalta equilibrium diplomacy etc. have all served as basic supports of its historical process, exerting deep influences on the international relations. A sorting out and a good understanding of the causes, special features and basic trend of the equilibrium diplomacy have great significance for reference of China in its carrying out of equilibrium diplomacy strategy.
