摘　　要： 中国和欧盟通过中欧峰会为双方应对气候变化合作进行战略规划、建立气候变化部长级对话机制和高官级磋商机制进行政策对话和信息交流、广泛开展应对气候变化项目合作、在国际气候谈判问题上进行沟通与协调。欧方希望在对华进行气候外交的同时,加强欧盟的国际话语权。通过与欧盟及其成员国在气候变化问题上进行合作,中国可以加快经济转型升级、参与全球治理。建立气候变化伙伴关系有利于提升中欧战略互信。中欧须进一步加强合作,共同应对气候变化问题的挑战。中欧合作有助于建构合作共赢的全球气候治理体系。 China and the EU collectively map out strategic planning on global climate change cooperation through China-EU Summits, promote policy dialogue and information communication by setting up climate change dialogue mechanism of ministerial level and senior officials' consultation mechanism.They carry out projects in addressing global climate change through multiple channels, communicate and negotiate with each other on international climate efforts. The EU is now in pursuit of leadership in global climate governance while carrying out climate diplomacy with China. Cooperation between China and the EU as well as its member states can speed up the structural transformation and upgrading of China's economy. It is also favorable for China to participate in global climate governance. Setting up climate change partnership can help to enhance China-EU mutual strategic trust. The two sides shall further enhance cooperation and tackle challenges of climate change collaboratively. Their cooperation will help to construct global governance system of climate change.
