摘　　要： 从古至今,民心通则事顺通。本文结合"古代丝绸之路"的历史经验,论证文化外交具有推动各国文化交流和经贸畅通,实现民心相通的巨大效用,进而剖析其在促进当前中国所推出的"一带一路"倡议中沿线国家间的民心相通的可能路径,并提出五大实际举措,以冀学术界和政策制定者对文化外交在推进和落实"一带一路"重大倡议中特殊作用的高度重视。 History proves that by way of bonding people together, more benefits and successes will come to themselves. Drawing on historical experience of the ancient Silk Road, this article discusses the powerful effect of cultural diplomacy in promoting cultural communication, economic cooperation, and bonding of people among nations. Then it touches on the possible strategy with which cultural diplomacy can enhance the ties of people concerned in China's 'Belt and Road ' initiative. Five practical measures will be put forward to let more scholars and policy makers pay particular attention to cultural diplomacy in implementing the 'the Belt and Road' initiative.
