摘 要: 设计预拉应力切削装置进行预应力硬态切削40Cr的实验。实验采用四因素三水平的正交切削实验方案,以施加的预拉应力σp和切削参数(切削深度ap、切削速度vc及进给量f)为实验因素,测试各实验因素对硬态切削40Cr表面轴向残余应力的影响效果。实验结果显示:施加预拉应力切削可以在工件表面有效地获得表面残余压应力;相对于切削深度ap、切削速度vc及进给量f三个因素,预应力对轴向残余应力影响程度最大。在预应力不变的情况下,切削速度vc、进给量f及切削深度ap的增加,都会引起轴向表面残余压应力减小,其中切削深度ap对残余应力的影响更明显。最后应用切削实验验证了推导的预应力切削表面残余应力预报公式可行。 This paper investigates the effect of machining parameters and pre-stress on residual stress of 40 Cr steel in orthogonal experiment with the pre-stressed device. The experiment results also show that pre-stress could increase the residual compressive stress effectively,and its impact on the residual stress is much greater than the effect of machining parameters on the residual stress significantly; aphas more obvious effect on the residual stress than vcand f,and residual compressive stress decreases with the increase of ap,vcand f. Finally,a pre-stressed cutting surface residual stress prediction formula is obtained from the experiment results and it is verified reliable by other experiments.
