摘　　要： 快走丝线切割工作液一般是由线切割专用乳化油加入一定比例的水配制而成。实践证明,快走丝线切割加工只有在液体介质中进行最为稳定,并且乳化液对加工工艺指标如切割速率、工件表面粗糙度和加工精度等有很大的影响,本文就工作液的配制和使用进行了研究,为今后的工作和学习提供了一个研究的平台。 Working liquid of good or bad will directly affect the process is smooth, it is on the cutting speed, surface roughness, machining precision process indexes have great influence, in this paper, the preparation and use of working liquid are studied, for the future work and study provides a research platform.
