摘　　要： 新乡市人力资源开发存在结构不合理、剩余人力转岗能力弱和跨区域转移能力差、人力资源开发投入不足等问题,与新乡经济发展的良好势头不相适应,迫切需要重组职业教育资源。其基本策略是整合中等职业技术学校,组建若干职业教育集团;组建高等职业技术学院,培养高级应用性人才。 There are lots of problems in the development of human resource in Xin xiang city, such as unrational structure, surplus human′s lower ability to chan ge job and transit to other areas, insufficient input in the development of huma n resource, etc. All these are not suitable to good tendancy of the development of economy in xinxiang city. So it is urgent to readjust the resource of vocatio nal education.The measures are to integrate secondary vocational and technical s chools, set up several vocational education groups,establish higher vocational a nd technical colleges to train senior applied talents.
