摘 要: 在无锆透明釉的基础上添加骨灰与锂辉石,制备出P-Li系列分相乳浊釉,考察了骨灰、锂辉石及氧化锌添加量对釉料性能的影响,采用TG-DTA、XRD、TEM、FE-SEM、EDS以及白度仪等测试手段对试样进行测试表征,分析釉料性能的变化规律及其乳浊机理。结果表明:所得较好釉料配方为:钾长石36%,石英31%,高岭土6%,方解石10%,烧滑石6%,骨灰4%,氧化锌5%,锂辉石2%;烧成温度为1200℃,样品白度为72.26;釉中均匀地分布着约0.15μm大小的球状液滴,以及少量的磷酸钙、钙钠长石类晶体。 P-Li series split phase opaque glaze was prepared by adding in ashes and spodumene based on nonzirconium transparent glaze, studied the effect of ashes, spodumene and zinc oxide addition on the glaze performance, used TG-DTA, XRD, TEM, FE-SEM, EDS and whiteness instrument to characterize samples for testing, analysis variation of the glaze properties and its opaque mechanism. The results show that: the better formulation of obtained glaze: feldspar 36%, quartz 31%, kaolin 6%, calcite 10%, burning talc 6%, ashes 4%, zinc oxide 5%, spodumene 2%; firing temperature is 1200 ℃; sample whiteness is 72.26, the glaze evenly distributed 0.15 μm spherical droplets and trace amounts of calcium phosphate and lime-soda feldspar crystals.
