摘 要: 以共聚聚甲醛(POM)为原料,以硅橡胶和纳米硫化丁苯橡胶为增韧剂制备改性POM。通过万能力学试验机、热失重分析仪(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析和研究了改性POM的结晶行为和力学性能。结果表明,纳米硫化丁苯橡胶用量为1份(质量份,下同)时.改性POM的性能最好,其拉伸强度为53.20 MPa,基本不变;而冲击强度为12.22 kJ/m^2,提高30%以上;增韧剂可以使POM的球晶得到细化。 Silicone rubber powder and nano-vulcanized styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) were selected to toughen polyoxymethylene copolymer(POM).By the universal tensile tester,thermogravimetric analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,polarizing microscope,X-ray diffraction,and scanning electron microscopy,the crystallization behavior and mechanical properties of the modified POM were characterized.When SBR content was 1 phr,the impact strength of modified POM was 53.20 MPa,30%higher than neat POM,without a reduction in the tensile strength.
