摘 要: 利用Brabender转矩流变仪研究了氯丁橡胶(纯胶配合)的密炼机混炼特性。研究了不同混炼温度(30~50℃)、混炼转速(30~90rpm)下的氯丁橡胶混炼性能。从混炼扭矩曲线和混炼功率曲线的角度分别分析了氯丁橡胶的混炼扭矩-时间曲线在低温(30℃)混炼时所出现的“填料混入峰”的成因。并提出了氯丁橡胶的密炼机混炼的合适的混炼条件范围,该结论与ASTM标准是相符合的。 Internal mixing properties of polychloroprene rubber (CR with pure gum compound) under different mixing temperature (30 to 50℃) and mixing rotor speeds (30 to 90rpm) were studied using a Brabender torque rheometer. It was found that a 'mixing peak' (filler insert peak) was appeared while CR was mixed in low temperature (30℃), and the explanation for this phenomenon was detailed in the paper. A proper mixing condition was proposed for the internal mixing of polychloroprene rubber based on the above studies, and the results favorably conformed to the ASTM D3190.
