摘 要: 用正己烷、三氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯对入侵植物小飞蓬(Conyza canadensis)的水提液进行萃取,并检测所得的萃取液对剪股颖(Agrostis gigantean Roth)和莴苣(Lactvac saiva L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,小飞蓬的乙酸乙酯萃取液对剪股颖和莴苣种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感抑制作用最强,说明小飞蓬的乙酸乙酯萃取液可能含有主效化感物质。利用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)鉴定出乙酸乙酯萃取液中的主要物质有棕榈酸甲酯、棕榈酸乙酯、苯甲酸和4-乙基儿茶酚等,该研究为小飞蓬化感作用的机理研究奠定了初步基础。 The effect of hexane,chloroform and ethyl acetate soluble extracts of the invasive plant Conyza canadensis on seed germination and seedling growth of Agrostis gigantean Roth and Lca tuca sativa L.was tested.Ehyl acetate extracts possessed the strongest inhibitory effect against both species due to the potential allelochemicals present in the extracti. The major components of the ethyl acetate extract were identified by GC-MS and included methyl palmitate,ethyl palmi-tate,ethyl benzoate and 4-catechol.This report provides preliminary information for the study of allelochemicals in C. canadensis.
