摘　　要： 转炉环缝洗涤器在使用时常发生磨损严重的问题。本文对环缝洗涤器磨损问题进行了分析,通过CFD软件与传统结构的气固两相流场进行了数值模拟,研究结果表明:带尾锥的新型防磨环缝洗涤器结构是合理有效的,具有较好的耐磨性。 In order to reveal the erosion problem of scrubber, this paper analyses the erosion of the scrubber and a wearing resistance scrubber has been developed. It applied by computational fluid dynamics software, air flow fields and erosion of annular gap scrubber have been investigated. The numerical simulation proves that the structure and the resistance performance of this new scrubber are ideal.
