摘　　要： 本文通过分析我国同发达国家在社区体育组织管理上的各自特点,并总结发达国家在社区体育组织管理上的成功经验,得出如下启示:目前我国可以建立以社区体育俱乐部为中心的社区体育组织体系,俱乐部实行民办官助、自营自治的组织管理形式,实行半公益半消费式的经营模式;俱乐部以社区整体为服务对象并建立起覆盖整个市区的社区体育网络,实现与社区内单项体育协会、人群体育组织和晨晚练体育活动点之间的联系。 Through the analysis on the traits about the organization management of community sports between China and the developed countries,and the summary on the successful experience in the developed countries,the following enlightenments are made:at present,China can set up the organization system of the community sports,in which the community’s sport clubs are the core;the clubs’ construction relies on citizens’ participation and the government’s assistance;the clubs implement self-management organization pattern and half public welfare half expense-like management pattern;the clubs give service to the whole of the community and constitute the community’s sport network covering the whole city,keeping contact with the individual event’s sport associations,people’s sport organizations,and the morning and evening sport spots within the community.
